2026 Policy Manual Updates
The QCAN Policies and Procedures Manual update for 2026 has been prepared. As an added support to our members, QCAN are including this resource in your membership subscription at no further costs. Updates can be found under the Members Resources tab.
Policies & Procedures Customisation
The policy customisation offered by QCAN is an opportunity to conveniently individualise an OSHC service’s critical workplace documentation using QCAN's foundation policies.
As a result of this service the Approved Provider will ensure their services policies and procedures align with both the workplace and education and care legislative frameworks.
