Specialised Compliance Training
QCAN has led the school age care sector for 40 years, advocating for professional development, training and support for our vital OSHC workforce. QCAN are a provider of choice, trusted by the Regulatory Authority to support you with specialised compliance training.
There has been an increase in compliance issued direction, prohibition notices issued and prosecutions initiated by the Regulatory Authority. This includes the requirement for mandatory training for all staff to be carried out by an external training provider. As such we have adjusted our offerings.
Our specialised compliance training is customised as follows:

Online meeting with approved provider to review the scope of work

Liaising with approved provider regarding organisations policies and procedures and the services unique context

Developing customised training based on specific regulatory notice and the needs of the organisation

Facilitated 2 hr training (longer/shorter training can also be arranged)

Training can be facilitated face-to-face or online via ZOOM; with online sessions having access to the recording for 14 days.

Creating customised online quiz and/or written reflections

Reporting documentation for the regulatory authority including:

PDF of PowerPoint

Facilitator credentials

Online exam results – including report with individual examples

Online session includes Zoom registration report

This training is designed to align with the regulatory authorities reasonable steps approved provider’s must follow to ensure policies and procedures are being followed.
Sessions are delivered live in person or online via Zoom and recordings can be made available; perfect for team members who can't attend live. This ensure all staff can access the training.
