About the Event

Webinar Wednesday - Exploring Effective Feedback in OSHC

Facilitated by Rarni Rothwell

Effective feedback isn’t just about affirming great work practices. Feedback can be about reinforcing but it can also be about redirecting, and both require skill and finesse to be effective. The ability to give great feedback and receive it is a vital leadership skill in our collaborative workplaces.

Is there a way to feeling confident and comfortable navigating these crucial but sometimes awkward conversations?

Heck Yes! This webinar will support leaders to develop and refine their important feedback skills by examining a number of different models and approaches that translate to our OSHC context. Whether you are a nominated supervisor that has to manage up and down, an educator that is a peer mentor for new team members or a responsible person looking to move into a more permanent leadership role, this is the session for you!
