We know that Element 1.3.2 and critical reflection has always been one of the trickier in the NQS. This webinar is part 2 of our critical reflection series that will unpack a variety of techniques for meaningful critical reflection in Outside School Hours Care settings.
In this session, we'll move past surface-level thinking to explore reflexive practices that genuinely transform our work. Practical tools you can use immediately. You'll leave with concrete methods that fit into your busy OSHC schedule. We will look at the:
- Through-the-mirror writing
- Action research
