About the Event

Webinar Wednesday -  Creating Psychologically Safe Workplaces: A Practical Guide for OSHC Service Leaders

Facilitated by Kylie Brannelly

As an OSHC service leader, you're responsible for more than just physical safety—you have a legal duty to protect your team's psychological wellbeing. This essential webinar will equip you with the knowledge and tools to identify, prevent, and manage psychosocial risks in your service.

In this session, you'll discover:

  • Your legal obligations under WHS legislation and the new Code of Practice on Managing Psychosocial Hazards at Work

  • What psychosocial risks actually sound like in OSHC settings—from "I'm constantly interrupted and can't finish my work" to "Parents always complain to me, never to management"
