Serious About Fun: The Intentional Role of the Playful Educator – Webinar Wednesday

Intentionality involves educators being deliberate, purposeful and thoughtful in their decisions and actions. The National Quality Framework has highlighted the importance of this practice in OSHC and the learning that occurs in our wonderful play and leisure contexts. This includes the broader vision of the program including all interactions, experiences, activities, routines and events – even the environment itself! But how often do we turn that intentional focus on being playful? Finding moments of joy?

This session discusses a variety of ways we can intentionality insert playfulness into our OSHC program. So as the year draws to an end, join us in the dreaming space to reimagine playful ways to go about our ordinary days. Let’s fill up our buckets and share the potential magic that is OSHC.
