This workshop is specifically designed for educators who seek to deepen their understanding of children's behaviour. By focusing on self-awareness, participants will explore how their own responses and perceptions influence their approach to managing and supporting children's behaviour.

Developing self-awareness not only enhances educators’ abilities to interpret and respond appropriately to children's actions, but also directly supports their own wellbeing. Understanding the interplay between one’s emotions and professional practice can lead to healthier, more balanced outcomes both personally and within the learning environment.
