Learn how to build stronger connections with children, communicate effectively with families, and maintain educator wellbeing in a busy, high-energy environment. Grounded in current regulatory requirements and service expectations, this session provides the tools, language, and confidence to respond calmly in challenging moments, strengthen relationships, and foster genuine inclusion across your OSHC community.
