In Term 3 our Community of Practice (CoP) will engage in a Focused Conversation to discuss Wellbeing and Resilience.

The Wellbeing and Resilience of OSHC professionals is at an all-time low across the sector. There are many challenges faced, with the burden of workload, responsibility and psychosocial safety.

This session is about taking a positive and proactive approach to the promotion of positive mental health in the workplace. The group will explore practical and impactful strategies to help educators thrive in challenging times.
