In Term 2 our Community of Practice (CoP) will engage in a Focused Conversation (FC) to discuss how we support children’s individual needs in OSHC. A CoP is a collegial group who meet to share information, knowledge and generate creative solutions through the sharing of collective wisdom. Through this FC, each participant will have the opportunity to share their challenges and any opportunities for learning from these experiences for the shared benefit of the CoP.
