MTOP V2.0 reminds us the educators draw on a diverse range of perspective and theories to challenge ways of seeing and supporting children and young people as they facilitate their learning and wellbeing in OSHC. This is vital as we intentionally curate environments to enhance the identities and wellbeing of the children and young people in our care.   


Gardners’ Theory of Multiple Intelligence is an example of one such theory that can challenge traditional ways of thinking about children and young people and their capacity for succeeding in educational settings.


This webinar will introduce the Theory and the 9 different areas of intelligence including:
