About the Event

Managing Employee Behaviour: Workplace Bullying, Discrimination and Harassment   - Webinar Wednesday

Facilitated by David Smithson

Inappropriate and unreasonable behaviour is a serious issue for any employer. The potential costs to organisations and individuals are financially and emotionally significant. The nature of the behaviour has a profound impact on individuals providing care and protection to children in our communities and can have long lasting implications for mental health. However, what constitutes workplace bullying, discrimination and harassment is often misunderstood.

This session will present contemporary HR practices to take two contrasting perspectives on unreasonable employee behaviour – its prevention and the lawful response by employers.
