This session provides an opportunity for those responsible for the governance, management and day to day operations of an OSHC to discuss and explore legal issues impacting the sector. 

Understanding the legalities of operating a school age care service is essential to ensure ongoing monitoring of compliance activities within the service – SO YOU DON’T FIND YOURSELF IN TROUBLE! The session aims to develop participant’s knowledge and confidence in the oversight and management of an OSHC service.
