Experiential Learning for Educators

The majority of educator development in the OSHC sector occurs within the service. Consequently, it is important for Educational Leaders, Coordinators and Managers to understand the principles of adult learning and how to effectively teach the knowledge and skills required for high quality educator practice. Kolb’s learning cycle offers insights into the components of experiential learning which can be practically applied in the workplace.
