Educator Wellbeing - Webinar Wednesday

In our important work as OSHC Professionals, challenges arise that may impact upon our wellbeing. While we can’t eliminate these completely, it is important we feel part of a supportive and strong OSHC community where we can navigate these in supportive and collaborative ways.

The approved learning framework encourages us to develop programs which build children’s strong sense of wellbeing. During this webinar, we will be considering our own wellbeing and that of others within our OSHC community and seeking to understand the central role this plays in our day-to-day work.

Research supports the idea that Educators who feel a strong sense of wellbeing are in the best position to support children’s learning and development.
