The vision for educational leadership, as a mechanism for improvement, recognises that the role is much more than the sum of its parts. More than a requirement—although these are critical tools to ensure a consistent approach across the country—educational leadership is about driving change for the better.

Join us as we unpack the ACECQA Educational Leader Resource and consider an alternate model for understanding and exploring this important role. Focusing on Knowledge, Professionalism, Relationships and Reflection, we will consider our role as lifelong learners striving to drive quality improvements across the curriculum and the service.

It doesn’t matter if you are just beginning as educational leader or if you are long established in that role; if you are being an educational leader now or would like to one day in the future or if you are looking to belong to another group of professionals that can support and provoke you – we would love to see you there to help us reconsider the role of Educational Leader!
