Creating Neurodivergent Safe Workplaces

The   results of our survey are in and it’s time to have a conversation about neurodiversity affirming OSHC workplaces. This conversation provides the foundation for an important cultural shift across workplaces and practices.   

Join us as we discuss current practice across the profession that may be inhibiting the psychological safety of neurodivergent employees. Employees will be more effective when the workplace culture fosters safety: safety for the open expression of ideas, for differences in work styles, for different learning   and communication preferences, and for diversity.

This session is suited to OSHC professionals at all   career stages.
