Conversations Without Confrontation and Effective Feedback - Workshop

The goal of having a conversation without confrontation is to enable honest, true, and authentic sharing about the behaviors, attitude, culture or systems that aren't working as effectively as they could be. This session will discuss techniques and strategies for improving your capacity to communicate in a direct, dynamic and effective way with confidence. Framing conversations is critical to identifying opportunities to improve the niggles impeding objectives and relationships.
