QCAN Member Meeting Networking

This term we are introducing a new format to our member meetings. This initiative is designed to enhance the professional collaboration and development opportunities throughout our learning networks.

There will be two parts to the session format with each session targeted to sharing relevant information and building capacity through a collaborative learning Community of Practice (CoP).

11.15am-11.30am – Tea break

Session Part 2

11.30am – 1.00pm - Management and Leadership Professional Learning Network (CoP)

Overview:

This Community of Practice will explore:

- What makes a good leader?

- What do managers and leaders need to understand about organisational culture?

- How do leaders effectively inspire and motivate their teams?

- Inspirational performance management and building on strengths.

CoP participants will be expected to contribute through sharing strengths, practice and ideas.
