We will be joined by Dr Bruce Hurst or Dr Jennifer Cartmel to gain insights into the review from Australia’s       leading OSHC academics.

• Workforce strategies for OSHC – Recruitment, retention and professional learning opportunities – what does a holistic and impactful training/development program look like?
• Risk management, minimisation and due diligence – What does a quality risk minimisation strategy look like in OSHC? How do we address emerging compliance and legal issues?
• Approved Provider development – Clarifying the relationship between Governance and Management            responsibilities – What does the AP need to know to effectively govern and support service management?

The session will be two hours from 10am-12pm.
