QCAN have been funded by the Queensland Government to develop an OSHC Educator Micro-credential. This exciting initiative is a first for the Australian OSHC sector and QCAN will design, develop and deliver the micro-credential to address our specific industry skill gaps.Â
The program aims to:
- support a range of approaches to micro-credentials targeting priority industry skills by industry and through regional partnerships
- improve employability of participants by providing skills in demand from industry
- increase labour productivity of enterprises through investment in technical, digital or other emerging issues not addressed through existing VET products.
Further information about the funding program can be accessed here Micro-credentialing Program | Department of Youth Justice, Employment, Small Business and Training (desbt.qld.gov.au).
