A guide to policy writing for OSHC services

Policy writing can be a nuanced skill. It is vital services establish sound policies to meet the requirements for service approval and compliance. Policies serve as a key mechanism for OSHCs to ensure safety of children and quality practices are being upheld. Developing robust documentation is the foundation of a robust system. This session will explore tips and strategies to create effective policy documents to critically reflect on better meeting the needs of the business and ensuring compliance.
