About the Event

Webinar Wednesday - Emotional Safety in OSHC

Facilitated by Emily McKenna

Emotional safety is the foundation for positive relationships, learning, and behaviour in OSHC. In this session, we’ll explore why recognising and responding to emotions is so critical for children’s development and wellbeing. We’ll unpack how children experience and express emotions, the role of co-regulation in supporting emotional growth, and practical frameworks to help educators create a safe and responsive OSHC environment.

Join us to deepen your understanding and strengthen your practice in fostering emotionally supportive spaces for every child in your OSHC.

This session is suitable for educators at all career stages.
