About the Event

Webinar Wednesday - Cultural Perspectives in OSHC

Facilitated by Lainey Walker The world is full of a diverse range of perspectives, and our OSHC environments are no exception. Developing an understanding of diverse perspectives, and how to navigate difference respectfully, is an essential life skill for children and adults alike! Exploring cultural perspectives in OSHC fosters children's active citizenship and sense of belonging within our environments (both goals articulated within MTOP v2.0).

Whether you're new to OSHC, or an experienced educator, join us to explore:

• Opportunities for cultural learning in the educational program

• Tokenism and authenticity- ensuring intent aligns with impact

• Supporting children to respond to diversity with respect
