About the Event

Our theme for this week is Technology in OSHC

Over the last couple of decades the role that technology plays in our everyday lives has changed dramatically. This is true also for children and the ways they engage with it across the course of their day – at school, home and OSHC. This has been heightened by our current experiences with COVID19 and physical distancing, home based learning and limited engagement with community. Whilst the media often looks to polarise the conversation around technology and children into for and against, deeper thinking is necessary.

Our Panel will include Educators from several of our membership services who look forward to sharing their story.

Join us as we experiment with our new more collaborative format!

Should you have a story of practice that you would like to share as part of our Togetherness Tuesday, please contact Rarni Rothwell on rarni@qcan.org.au
