The Queensland Early Childhood Regulatory Authority (ECRA) is responsible for regulating the early childhood education and care sector including outside school hours care. They have a vital role in making sure children are safe and receive high-quality education and care. This series spotlights the new priority areas they announced in late 2023.

This session will focus on Support for educational leadership.

The vision for educational leadership, as a mechanism for improvement, recognises that the role is much more than a requirement, educational leadership is about driving change for the better.

Join us as we unpack the ACECQA Educational Leader Resource and consider an alternate model for understanding and exploring this important role. Focusing on Knowledge, Professionalism, Relationships and Reflection, we will consider our role as lifelong learners striving to drive quality improvements across the curriculum and the service. Engage in guided reflective conversation with a group of professionals that can support and provoke you.
