The Queensland Early Childhood Regulatory Authority (ECRA) is responsible for regulating the early childhood education and care sector including outside school hours care. They have a vital role in making sure children are safe and receive high-quality education and care. This series spotlights the priority areas they will be focusing on through to 2025.

This session will focus on Positive relationships with children and young people, more specifically supporting each child to understand and manage their emotions and behaviour.

Throughout 2023 NOSHSA was funded by the Australian Government Department of Education to develop a practical resource suite to support educators to be inclusive in response to the challenging behaviours being exhibited in OSHC. This session titled complex behaviour support in OSHC focuses on:
