About the Event

Incident Management, Documentation and Reporting

Facilitated by David Smithson

Keeping children safe and healthy is probably the single biggest responsibility of OSHC services. The nature of OSHC means educators and service leaders work in a dynamic context – there’s always challenges to manage. From time-to-time incidents may occur. Many of these will be minor, others will meet the definition of a serious incident.

Join us during this session where we discuss:

  • Complying with operating requirements (regulations)
  • Systems to ensure incidents are well managed
  • Incident documentation and reflection
  • Reporting requirements
