About the Event

Facilitating Critical Reflection for Educational Leaders

Facilitated by  Lainey Walker

The Educational Leader plays an essential role in nurturing a culture of critical reflection and championing positive change within their service. Whilst many Educational Leaders in our sector are able and willing to think deeper and support their teams to engage in critical reflection, many are at a loss as to how. In this session we will share and discuss our own successes in facilitating critical reflection, whilst also reflecting upon systems that no longer serve us or our team.

This session will be incredibly critically reflective in nature, and all participants are invited to share openly with their fellow Educational Leaders.

This session is suited to Educational Leaders at all stages of their career, including those anticipating entering the role.
