At a time when more and more families live without the regular opportunities of connecting with extended families, how can we ensure ‘our place’ does justice to the diversity of the human experience – young, old and all the in-between? By crafting OSHC communities infused with rich, multiage, intergenerational relationships - in our workforce, and in our program!
