Togetherness Tuesday - Educational Leadership

“The educational leader has an influential role in inspiring, motivating, affirming and also challenging or extending the practice and pedagogy of educators” (ACECQA, 2016a:1). Join us for a guided reflective conversation with colleagues that share that same responsibility. We will unpack leadership and critical reflection and how they are interwoven with all aspects of everyday practice. We will examine purposeful documentation and evaluations, and how to ensure that this responsibility is shared across the program.  We will consider our own role as lifelong learners and how we can model using theory and research to drive quality improvements across the curriculum.
