About the Event

The Right to Play

What drew you to work in OSHC? Was it the children and the unique play and leisure context that we get to explore with them each and every day? Would you benefit from focusing back on these basics in these unsettling times?

Article 31 of the UNCRC maintains that Children have the right to relax, play and to join in a wide range of leisure activities. Join us for this FREE (for members) uplifting webinar that explores how we can collaborate with children in OSHC to provide a rich and diverse range of leisure experiences. Environments, activities and routines that allow children to play and relax, whilst also progressing this important children’s right as they develop and grow. In revisiting this important aspect of our everyday practice, we might also recapture the fun and play back into our work day.

This session targets all educator working…
