 Stream 2 QCAN Annual Conference - OSHC LEADERSHIP MASTERCLASSES AND COLLOQUIA

This stream is two full days of rich dialogue and exploration of leadership and management themes relevant to both experienced and emerging OSHC Leaders. You will participate in a World Café style Transformative Community of Practice that will take you on a journey of discovery to realise your leadership potential.

This stream is facilitated by Robyn Monro Miller, Director of Transformative Impact and CEO of Play Australia and Kylie Brannelly, CEO of QCAN and Chairperson of NOSHSA.

This stream will include provocations and expert speakers in the areas of:

  • Change leadership driving performance and innovation
  • Ethical decision making, critical thinking and reflexive leadership
  • Leading culturally sensitive workplaces
  • Supporting and promoting adult mental health and wellbeing
  • Leading reconciliation
  • Educational and pedagogical leadership
  • Navigating politics and effective influence

Participants in this stream will also attend keynote presentation by Nathan Wallis. Day two will culminate in an expert panel facilitated by Associate Professor Jennifer Cartmel, OSHC researcher and author of My Time, Our Place.

The cost for this stream is $1295 (incl. GST) for QCAN members and $1430 (incl. GST) for non-members.
