About the Event

The Queensland Children’s Activities Network together with Network of Community Activities and NOSHSA are proceeding with the development of a new Certificate III in Outside School Hours Care. This qualification will fill a significant gap that currently exists in the OSHC sector, particularly in jurisdictions that require Certificate III qualified educators.

The Australian Skills Quality Authority have approved the development of this qualification as an Accredited Course.

An important aspect of any qualification development is industry and sector consultation. To ensure you are able to provide informed feedback on the survey (to be be released on the 23rd February), an information session is being held over Zoom to explain some of the important contexts about qualifications development and how they will apply to the Certificate III in OSHC.

This will also be an opportunity to clarify information and ask questions so that your feedback is as informed as possible.
