* Annual inservice workshop with topic of choice for staff and management
* Annual 'service health check' support visit with Service Support Coordinator and recommendations report
* Annual Strategic Planning Support
* Induction to OSHC training session for new members of management
* Free resources as developed, including QCAN Professional School Age Care Diary
