Inservice Training

Inservice training can be an effective way for staff and management committees alike to enhance their understanding in particular areas of the OSHC service.

Set within your own environment, inservice training opportunities allow the intimacy that is sometimes necessary when staff are seeking guidance in a particular area of the service provision. Service providers have found inservice training to be a beneficial and affordable way to provide staff with training opportunities as topics can be tailored to suit the needs of the individual service.

Inservice training opportunities can be arranged for any time of the year, however as workshops are run statewide each term, regional service providers are encouraged to arrange inservice training for staff at a time when scheduled workshops are due to be presented within your area.

Inservice training opportunities can be shared with another service if desired, however maximum benefit, registrations are limited to 16 participants.
